Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) of Regenokine Program Licensed Doctors:

The Regenokine® Program has been in clinical use for over 10 years. It is estimated that over 10,000+  patients have been treated with the Regenokine® Program in the US and Europe in this time period.

The best candidates tend to be those with mild to moderate osteoarthritis in any natural joint including back and neck and variety of sports type injuries. We treat individuals with advanced or “Stage 4” osteoarthritis, however, the result of treatment varies based on the stage of cartilage degeneration. Stage 4 OA or bone-on-bone clients have very little or no cartilage left in the joint. For these clients Regenokine® may be successful but we typically give clients a less optimistic outcome of treatment.

As part of determining a good candidate for the Regenokine Program, your Doctor will want to review imaging of the joint (x-ray, MRI, CT) medical history, symptoms, patient goals and a physical exam.

Pain, stiffness, swelling and limited mobility can be symptoms of inflammation in a joint. Using anti-inflammatory proteins and lifestyle measures to decrease the inflammation leads to a reduction or elimination of these symptoms. Chronic and persistent inflammation in the joint can also lead to destruction of cartilage. Reducing or eliminating chronic inflammation can work to protect the healthy cartilage in the joint as well.

Depending on the patient’s situation/condition, the Regenokine® Program is performed over one to five office visits. Each visit lasting up to 45 minutes. Factors influencing this decision could include but not limited to the severity of condition, degree of pain, comorbidities (pre-existing illnesses), etc. It’s important to consult with your doctor for a final determination.

Treatment success is defined when a patient achieves an improvement by 50% or greater. This improvement can refer to pain reduction or improved function (daily activities or sports). Your doctor may use standardized questionnaires and scores to compare clinical parameters before and after treatment.

Remember, everybody is different.  Again, individual responder rate depends on the type of condition, severity, individual pain situation and other factors.

However, as an example and from the experience of doctor’s performing the Regenokine® Program, it’s estimated that approximately 75% in patients with mid-stage knee osteoarthritis and an “average pain profile” can experience success with the treatment. This conversely means that a small percentage of patients notice only a small change or no change at all.

As always, duration of effect depends on the individual, the treated condition and its severity. As an example, doctor’s have seen on average a lasting effect between 1 to 5 years in knee and hip osteoarthritis. In disc prolapses we sometimes observe a permanent effect, this may be due to the Regenokine® Program, the natural course of the individual condition or a combination of the two. Again, it depends on the individual case and its important to consult with your doctor.

Many patients report no disruption to their daily lifestyle. All-in-all, it depends on the individual. Consult with your doctor.

No. The Regenokine® Program is not like PRP. (Please go to Conditions Treated with the Regenokine Program for more details). For more understanding of the potential limits of PRP.  See the below link from the Journal of American Medicine Association study.

Side effects are (extremely) rare. Consult with your doctor.

Patients of almost any age (18-99 years), from all walks of life and a long line of professional athletes from the NBA, NFL, MLB, WNBA, MLS, top ten ATP tennis players, former PGA champions, UFC champions, NHL players, soccer players, professional skiers and players from the national Olympic teams (including the US Team), professional ballet dancers have been treated with the Regenokine Program.

Note: Please remember, that ultimately any questions about your treatment options, experiences and results with the Regenokine Program are based on individual circumstances and in direct consultation and collaboration with your Doctor.
